Farmland purchase

Question

We are purchasing a fruit farm in the Philippines and would like to know if the seller has the right to contract and sell the existing harvest after the purchase agreement has been signed and down payment made but before the closing? There is no mention of the current fruit tree harvest in the contract or purchase agreement.
