Practice Area: Corporate and Technology, Media, Telecoms (TMT), Litigation

Qualifications:

- Master or bachelor’s degree in Law;

- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a corporate or litigation lawyer;

- Experienced in technology, media, telecoms and personal data privacy would be an advantage;

- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;

- Ability to multi-task; strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Proactive and service-minded; ability to work independently; and

- Ability to conceptualize and break down complex issues into actionable tasks.

Job Description:

- Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes including corporate filing documents, license application, minutes of meeting etc;

- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents;

- Conduct legal research;

- Conduct corporate due diligence;

- Coordinate with clients on any other required processes;

- Provide any other legal support as required;

- Handle litigation tasks as well as assist and coordinate with Litigation Partner regarding litigation tasks; and

- Handle immigration tasks such as visa and work permit.
