On early May 2022, THE LAM LAW LLC has succeeded to support Client on the role of Defendant Representative in the case between Investor (Co-founder) and Owner - (Singaporean Entity), in which the dispute has been raised since 2017, we have assisted both Parties to reach mutual agreement on commercial Mediation in only one hearing session, the case finally has been closed with lessons learn for both. However, the arbitral award has ended the dispute and bring the Parties to the right one & normal work for prosperities and success.

When we received and examined the case file of this dispute, it was evident that this was a particularly complex labor dispute involving international elements.
