Who we are

Swan Craig Solicitors are an employment law solicitors firm (as employment law specialists).  However, we also advise on a range of commercial law and contract law.   What does this mean?  It means we help people with problems at work to seek to resolve them, be it as an employee or an employer, with any employment law services required.  We also help with contracts, which could be terms of business for a company, querying a service or product you have purchased or dealing with issues over payment of fees/charges. 

Based in Bristol, we advise clients across the UK. We represent, start-ups and SME businesses in the private sector, individuals and we advise staff in the NHS.

We offer a personalised service so your legal matter is handled from start to finish with continuity.  This includes meetings out of hours where required.  Subject to your location, we can come to you.  If you are a business owner or HR professional, we also offer retainer services to provide employment law advice for a fixed fee, so you have the benefit of an in-house legal department. 

We have 16 years’ of experience in providing employment law advice across a wide range of matters.  We have over 7 years’ of commercial law experience.  We pride ourselves on providing professional, yet friendly, legal services at a competitive rate.
