Founded in 1983 by the Principal Partner, Obafunso Ogunkeye, but was registered in 1988 as a general law practice firm. It has over the last three decades of its existence grown to be one of the leading law firms in Ibadan South-West Nigeria.

Over the years, it has also built a reputation within the geographical area of its practice as a leading firm in commercial practice owing to its client base. Though the firm represents a broad array of individuals and organizations, the bulk of the firm’s clients is corporate organizations.
