Head of Immigration Law Department

Mutua is an Associate in the Firm having graduated from the University of Nairobi (UoN) and the Kenya School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law. Before joining us, Mutua was working with the Firm of Muthoga Gaturu & Company Advocates as a Senior Associate. He has worked in both the Firm’s litigation department and corporate, commercial and real estate and banking department. Mutua has a vast wealth of experience in, immigration law, commercial and corporate practice, company secretarial service, employment & labour law and banking and finance.
