Lawyer Nguyen Manh Cuong held the positions as senior associate of VILAF Law Firm, Legal Director of Big C Vietnam and Central Group Vietnam, and M&A Deputy Director of Vingroup.

Lawyer Nguyen Manh Cuong has extensive experience in the fields of foreign direct investment, corporate & trade, mergers & acquisitions, energy & power, retail & distribution, real estate & construction, and litigation & arbitration.
