We are a young Singapore law firm looking to create a modern brand of legal practice that is founded on the idea that simplicity is efficiency. When it comes to our clients, this is reflected in our commitment to forging lasting relations, hand-holding them and in providing quality advice. We are led by our Managing Director, Mr Christopher Huang and we also benefit from the guidance of our senior consultant, Mr Colin Ng, who has been in practice for more than 35 years and is motivated to groom a new generation of lawyers.

Our lawyers’ come from a variety of practice areas including corporate and commercial, tax, finance, insolvency to family law and civil and criminal litigation. Complementing this diversity in experience are the relationships we have forged with other professional service providers (such as financial advisers, tax advisers and corporate service providers) and industry partners. This enable us to adopt a multi-faceted approach to conceptualising and implementing legal solutions, helping our clients achieve their commercial goals.
