About Us

Charles Fice, with Chris Charles and Egon Fice the initial partners, was established in Melbourne in 1998 as the first law firm in Australia providing liquidators and bankruptcy trustees with a one stop shop (in association with GIO Insurance and the Commonwealth Bank) to obtain litigation funding and the prosecution of their commercial cases under it.

Since then, the firm has acted in hundreds of civil litigation cases of every description as well as in international money laundering disputes. We also have experience and expertise in banking and finance, company/commercial, landlord and tenant and employment law matters.

All of the firm's professional work is carried out by Chris Charles. He is a solicitor of more than 50 years standing in four countries and has been the sole proprietor of Charles Fice since 2005.

Our fees are always reasonable and we will consider innovative fee arrangements if required.
