Avenue Legal aims  to deliver a quality service adopting a practical and realistic approach to each matter, characterised by integrity and respect in our dealings with our clients and the community. As a result we attract clients from the wider Sydney area and Country NSW areas as well as the immediate St George area.

On rare occasions, we have also represented clients domiciled overseas but requiring assistance on issues concerning the NSW jurisdiction.  In such circumstances we follow a strict verification of identity process involving the Australian Embassy and/or High Commission to ensure the identity of our clients is correct.

Similarly in every transaction involving real property in NSW, we follow the guidelines of the Real Property Act and PEXA Guidelines in verifying the identity of our clients in purchase, sale , leasing and transfer of real property.
