• Attending court Hearings in all phases of litigation (within the Arab Republic of Egypt).
• Experience in writing and preparing case statements in all types of cases, including civil, commercial, real estate, criminal, personal and labor status, and registering them before the competent courts.
• Experience in writing, drafting and preparing all types of contracts and agreements, reviewing companies’ articles and memorandum of association, and expressing legal opinion therein.
• Experience in banking issues and commenting on the reports of experts, banking experts and accountants.
• Experience in registering and renewing trademarks and registering all intellectual property rights with the competent authorities.
• Managing obtaining legal services for litigation and legal advice from accredited legal service providers within the United Arab Emirates.
