Brief Introduction

As the leader of Engineering, Real Estate & Construction law group of ADK Vietnam, Mrs. Huong Pham (May) has experience and well-known expertise on real estate issues. Her practice area also includes FDI, Corporation Law, Investment and Mergers & Acquisitions, and Intellectual Properties.

Mrs. Huong Pham graduated from Ho Chi Minh University of Law in 2011 and had been working with 04 years of working as a project legal officer of a Singaporean financial group during the period of business expansion in the Vietnamese real estate project market, she provided internal advice to the board of directors as well as carried out the necessary project legal procedures including participating in the compensation and clearance process and monitoring the legal process as well as the progress of contractors, to build a closed complex of 04 projects including residential project, industrial project with the number of modern factories up to 100 units at the industrial zone, leisure project and commercial project in Long An Province, Vietnam.

She has been providing a full-scale legal service for many corporations on real estate investment in Vietnam since 2014 as an associate attorney at reputable law firms in Vietnam, which office buildings, residential, resort, apartments and city complex are included, and investors are diversified such as finance investors and real-estate developers. Considering all the requests given by different types of investors, Ms. Huong Pham could provide all the service complied with finance principles and risk management, in connection with each step in the project and preparing/reviewing all the contracts related in real-estate development.

As a full developed lawyer, Ms. Huong Pham also provides legal service to many foreign investors including newly funded and M&A investment and otherwise ways. Main services provided on FDI by her includes legal advisory on foreign investment access, design of trading structure, trading negotiation, DD, documentation drafting, help in making application for government approval or registration, following the implementation of trading contracts and solutions of daily issues after establishment or M&A.
